Trishaws.
l
We learnt and observed trishaws
from around the world. There was China Trishaw, Malacca Trishaw, Penang Trishaw
and Singapore Trishaw.
l
China Trishaw has 2 big wheels
with a person to pull in front. The puller stand in front of the passengers.
The Penang Trishaw rider sits behind the passenger, He gets to ride the bicycle
trishaw. The Melaka and Singapore Trishaw bicycle is beside the passengers.
b)
Motorbike parts.
l
We were so happy to borrow
Teacher Yap’s motorbike. Hers is Modenas, a Malaysia product.
l
Parts included: handle,
steering, brake, signals, choke, gear, oil accelerator pedal, wheels, chain,
tyres, petrol tank, plug and the motorbike stand.
l
We compared it to both cars and
bicycles. Basically, a motorbike is similar to a bicycle with engine.
c)
Riding a motorbike.
* I rode on the motorbike fetching the kids! They really thought it was a superb ride!
