a) The Shrimp
• Each kid was given a rectangle paper. First they cut them into a square shape. Then, fold it into half. Next, fold it similar to a whale shape except that its edges must be trimmed a little. These will be the antenna. Next a little hole is cut at the top. The antennas were inserted through it and the shrimp’s head to be folded.
• Next, they drew eyes and pasted it in the oyster plates.
b) Labelling.
• The kids labeled their oyster ocean craft with names like Octopus, Manta Ray, Whale, Shrimp, Oyster, Moray Eel and Anglerfish.
c) Individual assessment.
• The kids were called to do assessment o words learnt throughout this theme. Example: sea, ocean, water cycle, eyes, octopus, tadpole and etc.
