a) Flash Cards.
To recap words learnt. Throughout our lessons.
b) The Rehearsal.
The 6 assistants came forward to rehearse their instructions for our “Friendly Games” on this coming Friday.
Chun Kit, Weei Xiang and Zhe Qing were quite independent. The others still need prompting.
Kids were divided into 7 groups. They chose their own members.
c) Finding Nemo Summary.
We summed up on this cartoon movie. They were interested of seagulls and pelicans. Then, I drew pictures of the characters on the whiteboard. These included the Clown Fish, Dory, the turtles, hermit crabs, sharks, lobsters, the nasty girl of the dentist, seagull and pelican, the sink, the speedboat, Anglerfish and also the goggles.
d) Picture Recording.
The kids drew their favourite part of the cartoon. The 6 year olds were more independent whereas a few 5 year olds needed more guidance.
The kids requested for picture colouring. Kids will continue drawing tomorrow as we have Wushu at 5pm.
